Analyze the main structure and advantages of the safety valve

Safety valve manufacturers are composed of valve body, valve seat, valve plug (or valve disc), valve stem, spring, adjusting bolt and handle. It uses the pressure difference between the medium pressure and the spring pressure (the spring pressure is adjusted by tightening or loosening the adjusting bolt) to achieve automatic opening and closing requirements. When the boiler is working normally, the pressure of the bomb is greater than the pressure of the medium acting on the spool, and the spool is pressed against the valve seat; when the pressure of the boiler rises, the pressure of the medium acting on the spool exceeds the pressure of the spring, the spring is Compression, the valve stem drives the valve core to rise, the safety valve is open, and the medium is discharged from between the valve core and the valve seat; when the exhaust pressure causes the pressure to drop slightly below the normal working pressure, the medium pressure acting on the valve core is less than The pressure of the spring, the spring is extended, so that the valve core is pressed against the valve seat, and the safety valve is closed again. 

    The amount of steam exhausted by the safety valve is determined by the seat throat diameter and the opening height of the spool. Depending on the opening height, the safety valve is available in both full-open and micro-open versions. The valve opening height is 1/4 of the seat throat diameter, which is called full-open type, and less than 1/4 is called micro-open type. The spool and seat of the full-open safety valve have a large clearance after opening, so its discharge capacity is much larger than that of the micro-open type.
